More and more, we see weddings where cards are the popular gift choice. This makes sense as couples are stepping up to the plate when it comes to the wedding budget. Whether its for a honeymoon fund or paying off the reception, we definitely think all these cards deserve a pretty location! Vintage Suitcase
Love this idea! Your granny’s vintage case or something from a flea market… there are plenty of places to find inspiration! Vintage cases always have such lovely interiors and embellishments too. Picnic baskets also work brilliantly (especially for summer weddings).
Vintage Mailbox
A mailbox is a really fun idea for a card box (especially since it keeps in with the whole post theme). We love American style boxes and the fact that they can be easily DIY’d to suit your wedding with a little spray paint. Get creative and look through Pinterest (there are so many different ways to make it your own!).
Birdcage
Another popular choice, birdcages are really popular for summer weddings this year. A gorgeous spring or summer idea, birdcages are pretty low maintenance and will require little less than a good scrub and a “cards” sign. Birds have been a pretty popular theme in weddings for some time now and really don’t show any signs of leaving any time soon!
