Before meeting with your chosen wedding florist to discuss the plans for your flowers you should have more or less decided on the wedding theme or colours you wish to create through your wedding. Bring samples or any colours you may have it mind, or newspaper cut-outs along with you. If you are a social media loving bride you will more than likely have created a Pinterest<\/a> board dedicated to your wedding flowers, bring along your iPad or laptop and share this with the florist. They will only be delighted to check it out!<\/p>\n

You should also consider what particular flowers are in season around the time of your wedding. In season flowers are much cheaper and are much more readily available. Personal favourites of mine are Tulips for spring, sunflowers for summer, dahlias for autumn and forget me nots for winter!\u00a0If you are concious of your wedding budget<\/a> do not be afraid to ask your supplier about some budget friendly options. Roses, carnations and chrysanthemums are usually good choices as they are inexpensive and available all year around.<\/p>\n
