When choosing your wedding cake there are a number of different factors you should consider. Couples are becoming more and more adventurous when it comes to the shape and flavour of their cake. Everyone wants their wedding cake to stand out and be remembered!<\/p>\n

Firstly decide what size cake you should get in regards to the number of guests you have. Your wedding cake supplier will be able to help you decide exactly what size you should choose. If your cake will have a number of tiers you should choose different cake flavours, my utmost favourite has got to be chocolate biscuit cake! What decoration would you like? Fresh or sugar flowers look fantastic, ribbons or hand piped designs can also be used. and don’t forget that all important wedding cake topper<\/a>! If you don’t want to cut all the cake up during the reception, wedding cupcakes<\/a> are ideal as your guests can tuck into these without any messy cake cutting!<\/p>\n

It was formed by Shelly Shulman in 2006, her passion for cake decorating having begun many years before while watching her mother and grandmother baking.
