If you are planning to pop the question, we have our proposal location of the month to help you get some inspiration. In honour of our London Takeover month, we have chosen a gorgeous London landmark. Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site<\/a> is set on the banks of the River Thames, it is well known for its magnificent architecture and beautiful parklands.<\/p>\n

Proposing can be a very scary thing, but if you plan the basic details, you can leave the rest up to the power of love and nature. Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site doesn\u2019t just have one particular proposal location, in fact there are 110 hectares of opportunity just waiting for you to make a beautiful memory.<\/p>\n

Our \u2018Proposal Location of the Month\u2019 does have a lot of area, but don\u2019t be fooled by the vastness! The World Heritage Site has completely different, unique and unusual options all under the one roof (so to speak!).<\/p>\n

The Royal Observatory<\/strong><\/p>\n

Visitors to the Observatory can stand in both the eastern and western hemispheres simultaneously by placing their feet either side of the Prime Meridian\u00a0\u2013 the centre of world time and space.<\/p>\n

The Queen’s House, built in the 17th century by Inigo Jones, was the first wholly classical building of its kind in England.<\/p>\n

When visitors arrive in Maritime Greenwich, they are often struck with the majesty of the setting, the classical elegance of the buildings and the dramatic vistas. It all seems timeless and fixed.<\/p>\n
