endless emails, questions and annoyingness. You are such an amazing event planner and person, and the venue is so lucky to have you.
I have had endless comments on the standard of the food, the service and the staff, saying how wonderful everything was from start to finish, and how you really all went above and beyond to make it happen.
A few specific shout-outs:
Lyn at the front desk - honestly that woman was here there and everywhere and could not do enough. It's so nice to have a friendly, helpful face at the front desk and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She has always made our visits to you guys great and she really deserves a medal for her hard work.
Chantelle who was at reception the day we arrived, the day before the wedding. She was great as well, she couldn't do enough to help and made everything a lot less stressful!
Milena, who was helping with everything the day before, the day of the wedding and cleaning up the day after. She was great. Again couldn't do enough to help.
The food was honestly out of this world. I wasn't expecting the Chefs to be able to make it as perfect as they did at the menu tasting, but I actually think it was even better on the day.
The bedrooms and all the rooms in the venue were always immaculate as were the grounds, so shout out to the housekeeping staff and the gardeners.
I could go on and on, but I just can't express how you all made the day what it was, which was truly just perfect.
We can't wait to come back up to visit soon!

virtual walkthroughs, very available for any questions to giving us a ton of help and recommendations on vendors and ideas on where to purchase specific party favors. She was super detailed and accommodating with all of our requests! And the day of, Carberry didn’t disappoint- the food was fantastic, our guests were all able to stay together in one location which was priceless and everything went smoothly. Kirsty and the team handled all the details and I didn’t worry about a thing! Day of, I realized my wedding dress got wrinkled traveling from the states and her staff went out and bought a steamer for me!! I can’t imagine picking a better venue or a better group of people- we felt so lucky to be able to get married at Carberry and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great boutique experience!

look around in person we absolutely fell in love with the venue. Isabella was our contact and she was brilliant! Every question and query we had was dealt with. When we had our taster meal for picking our food choices, the service was excellent and it felt really special as we had it privately upstairs.
The run up to the day again every question we had Isabella was there to help and our meetings were great, definitely helped calm my stress levels!
On the day everything was perfect, from when David arrived first thing on the wedding day to the following morning at breakfast, everything was impeccable. We had so many compliments from our guests on the food and the service. The food was absolutely delicious! We were taken care of the whole day by everyone at Carberry Tower!
So to Isabella, Peter and the rest of the team at Carberry, thank you so much for such a perfect day!

We stayed the night before our wedding and breakfast was provided for the ladies in the music room bright and early. Lyn could not have done enough for us that morning ensuring I was aware suppliers had arrived and were guided to where they should be. The lift had unfortunately broken and was awaiting parts and she went above and beyond making sure guests who were staying and needed assistance were placed in a room closer to the ground floor. The whole team tried their best to ensure people who arrived early could get into their rooms.

The day itself was perfect and went according to timings. We had a large amount of dietary requirements for our wedding and the teams managed to cater to all of them. There were so many compliments about the food from guests. Our wedding breakfast was well presented and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The evening buffet was delicious and hot.

We also had many compliments about the bar manager Peter who was very friendly and helpful in the bar all night. Every member of the team at Carberry Tower were professional and made our day perfect from start to finish.

for. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to postpone a couple of times and we are so grateful to Carberry Tower for being accommodating of this. Many of our guests commented on how fabulous Carberry Tower was as a wedding venue and we would highly recommend it to any couples looking to book somewhere for their wedding. We will most definitely return for future anniversary getaways!

As well as to the venue, a great deal of thanks has to go to our wedding co-ordinator, Kirsty. We had quite a few meetings with her to go over details for the day, and she was very good at understanding what we wanted and suggesting things that we never thought of. Alongside that she was always quick to respond to the countless questions we sent her.

Finally, like many other couples, we had major disruption and several date changes due to the pandemic. Despite the challenges faced by everyone, both Carberry Tower and Kirsty were very supportive. We feel incredibly lucky to have had such a good experience when we know of other people who did not.

coordinator Kirsty and her team are wonderful. They were able to guide and support us through our whole wedding journey, which was especially challenging during a global pandemic! The team are so knowledgeable when it comes to weddings that they are able to guide and make recommendations when needed to make your day as special as it possibly can be. In particular, their recommendation of our photographer (Ryan White) who was brilliant on the day.

Our day was fantastic, and everything from the chapel to the food to the organisation and management was brilliant, and we didn't need to worry about a thing. We couldn't recommend this venue or their team any higher! 5 stars all round.

marriage a special and intimate day for us. Although there were only 11 of us, the attention to detail and service we received was second to none. A year later we were finally allowed to have our big day, and it was everything we had dreamed. The attention to detail remained from Kirsty, Lynne on front desk and Peter in the Bistro and bar. We felt fully supported through meetings, tasting menu and quick email correspondence. Carberry Tower also has brilliant contacts that helped perfect our wedding day. No question went unanswered, nothing was too big a problem and with the help of the Carberry Team we were able to (finally) have a wonderful celebration of our marriage with our family and friends, who all had a wonderful weekend too.
Having to postpone a wedding was not an easy process, but Carberry Tower took away added stresses, and confidently reassured us. On both occasions, we were treated like royalty, all the staff knew who we were and went the extra mile to make our experience special. We will definitely be returning to relive such wonderful memories and experiences. If we could do it all over again we’d say yes in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Carberry Tower, you have made us everlasting memories, a wedding celebration dream and two very happy people.

massive shoutout to Lynn, who made sure my mum, my bridesmaids and I had everything we needed throughout the morning. It seemed like nothing was too much to ask from her. Our day flowed beautifully as Kirsty and the staff executed everything with professionalism and smiles on their faces.

The venue itself is stunning. It really does speak for itself. If you can, I would recommend staying for two nights, the night before and the night of the wedding. The staff know the venue so well and present it beautifully, displaying everything you want to enhance the already beautiful surroundings.

The wedding breakfast was incredible. The standard of the food was something all of our guests commented on. Every dish is presented beautifully and cooked to a high standard.
Thank you to all of you for making our wedding day the best day of our lives.

helped with every step of organising and planning of our big day. No question was too much, and although at times I emailed twice on the same day, it was never a bother. Even during the pandemic, there was constant reassurance and contact when we needed it.

We had to make some changes due to restrictions, but again, nothing was stressful.
Our day ran very smoothly, and the whole team in Carberry and Kirsty were very excited about the day alongside us.

The drinks reception was great, and everyone had a drink, and a top-up was never far away! The food was amazing, and our guests had a lot of great things to say about it.
We honestly have nothing negative about Carberry Tower because our Wedding Day was everything we ever wanted and more!

Thank you so much! We can’t wait to return to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary year after year!

and Carberry let us wait to give final numbers etc., to the last minute if the restrictions lifted and more people could come.

They were also really accommodating in terms of dietary requirements. Everyone we talked to loved the food, and I even had a guest give me special thanks for this.

On top of an extensive drink menu, we really appreciated that there were plenty of interesting non-alcoholic drink options for teetotal/pregnant people & teens.

It was pouring rain during our drinks reception, but this was not a problem as the staff had contingency plans in place, and there were plenty of very interesting, fancy rooms indoors where we could have our guests.

Carberry Tower is an old building with tons of charm. It can sometimes feel like a maze, but it looks amazing in photos, and the kids loved exploring all the secret spots. And when the rain stopped, we were still able to enjoy the stunning garden!

Our biggest thanks go to Jo, our wedding planner, who I can only describe as having the patience of a saint. Throughout lockdown and the easing of restrictions, there were many, many tears. However, Jo was there. She was Mark and my biggest cheerleader that everything would work out. She was, of course, right, even when I couldn't see it and the wedding was flawless and beautiful.

Mark and I also need to thank Lynn on the day of the wedding. She was always in the right place, at the right time and said all the perfect words. She made Mark, and I feel so special and looked after.

One of the most spectacular factors that make Carberry a perfect location for any event is how beautiful the house and grounds are. Every one of my guests was taken aback by the old worldly feel but with modern luxuries. Carberry is simply stunning.

Both Mark and I will be returning to Carberry every year on our anniversary as there's simply nowhere else we would rather be.

too much to ask. Jo kept us up to date with all the changes due to the current pandemic and made sure we were comfortable with the plans for our special day. Our day went smoothly with all our guests having a great time. The food was absolutely amazing, so delicious, and the drinks were flowing. The grounds speak for themselves. They are so unique and packed with history - a real treat for everyone. We stayed in the Strathmore Suite which was spotless and so beautiful. The view from the room looking down the drive way in the early morning is just something you have to see. Thanks to Jo and all the staff at Carberry, you were amazing and we can’t wait to come back.

great list of suggested suppliers to get us started. They didn’t have it easy - the rules kept changing, 5 guests, 20 guests, no alcohol, alcohol - but Jo was so calm and in control. She really guided us through the changes seamlessly and we never felt overwhelmed.
The day itself was perfect. The settings at Carberry are breath-taking - we still can’t believe we had our special day in such an amazing place! The food was perfect too - all our guests had the best time!

Upon deciding on the date we received a wedding planning package. This was invaluable to ensure that we were thinking about all of the different aspects of our day & communicating them properly with Jo (the in-house wedding planner).
We had regular meetings which felt reassuring & a real treat for us was the taster session where we got completely spoiled by the amazing staff.
We would like to thank Carberry and their team for a perfectly smooth running day. On the day itself we didn’t have to worry about a thing & the team handled everything in a completely professional yet welcoming manner. Jo had everything covered, right down to the timing of the music in the Chapel. They allowed us access beforehand to set up, but also arranged for the decoration of the wedding reception. We were a bit apprehensive as we had prepared everything ourselves & wanted it to look perfect, but we couldn’t have been happier with how everything looked, & they had added in some extra touches to the cake table that we would never have thought of ourselves which we loved.
A real bonus about the venue was having all of our closest friends and family staying overnight. Guests commented on how lovely their rooms were and the honeymoon suit was such a perfect treat to end our day.
Breakfast in the morning was buffet style & so this suited everybody's needs. The venue had left out our centre pieces on the tables which helped the wedding feel personal and special from start to finish.
We can’t thank Carberry Tower enough for providing us with the perfect Wedding Day, we'd recommend the Venue to anybody.

to see if we could take the day. This amazing service continued throughout the planning, including making an exception to their no dogs rule so I could have my flower pup. A few potential disasters on the day were quickly sorted out by the mega helpful staff, and they went above and beyond to keep us calm and happy before the ceremony. During the ceremony, photography and meal they made sure no one was ever in need of anything.
I honestly cannot recommend Carberry Tower enough.

received by the receptionist, we explained that we didn’t have an appointment and we were looking for a venue for our wedding. It was a Sunday, so we were very surprised to be able to get a full tour. Lyndsay undertook the tour of the castle and we were blown away. The rooms, the communal areas and ground are so beautiful, well preserved and ticked all boxes. We walked away knowing we had found the perfect venue to host us for the weekend. 12 months later we descended on Carberry Tower for our wedding weekend. We kicked off the Friday night with drinks in the principal rooms, an informal buffet dinner in the pavilion followed by a Ceilidh in the Rose Garden room. The food was delicious! Every detail was thought of and the night went without a hitch despite a few external suppliers causing stress i.e. kilts not showing up. However, Lyn was on hand to help and personally called the kilt hire shop to ensure we would receive them all for the following morning. We had a little twist to our wedding, we weren’t getting married and having the wedding breakfast at Carberry Tower, this did not impact the service we received. In fact, the team went out of their way to help us with organising guests to and from the secret venue. When we returned all staff were there to greet us, opened the bar and served us with a smile until the early hours. Throughout our whole experience Lyndsay, Kirsty, Lyn and the team at Carberry Tower were phenomenal! Each member of the team was dedicated to helping us have the best wedding and weekend. The only thing I wish was that we could do it all again, it really does go to fast.

Carberry were very accommodating to anything we wanted to do on our big day and were always willing to help.
On the week running up to the wedding, we didn't need to worry about anything as knew Carberry had everything under control. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. From arrival at the venue to saying goodbye to guests the staff were friendly and helpful - all our guests commented on this.
The setting is just beautiful and the different rooms available for different parts of the wedding day are lovely - it gave the day a lovely feel and we never felt like we were rushed away from anywhere.
The wedding breakfast was delicious! We were really happy with the different options we could choose from - they seemed quite different to your "typical wedding menus", but loved it all!
A wonderful day, wish we could do it again and jealous of anyone who still has a wedding at Carberry to come!

you always had a solution on hand. Kirsty, you took over seamlessly and were so friendly and reassuring in the weeks leading up to the big day, not to mention your endless patience with our last-minute changes! And on the day itself, everything went so perfectly - so many of our guests kept telling us how well-organised everything was, and how great the staff were. From the start of Sunday until the bus pulled away on Tuesday morning, everyone had an amazing time - including us! We can't imagine a better wedding than the one we had, and that's completely thanks to you two and all the staff at Carberry.
