grounds, yet our experience was magical. The staff looked after us so well. We loved our pre drinks in the chapel. The Polo lounge with the round table was beautiful. Both sets of parents loved the intimacy and private dining. We all felt really special. The food was outstanding as always. Our two waiters were highly professional. It flowed perfectly.

We managed to get our dream pictures on the bridge. Thank you rain for drying out on time.

Wow! The Windsor suite. We felt like Royalty. I asked Ben can we move in. What a stunning room with those views and Grande size. The breakfast in our room was delicious. Top quality sausages and very well cooked.
Can we get married again please!?

We are now on honeymoon and enjoying the sunshine.

Michele, you provided us a perfect service. You made us feel so relaxed and at ease and made any changes really easily. You have a lovely smile and genuine kindness.

trouble. Particular thanks goes to Michele our wedding coordinator and Kasia our banqueting manager who oversaw all of the little details and smooth running of the day. The whole planning process was thoroughly enjoyable and stress free.

Our guests commented on how excellent the food was, how attentive the staff were and how the wine flowed!

For a beautiful and luxurious wedding we can't recommend Stoke Park highly enough.

accommodate our needs (e.g. an evening recital) and her thoughtful suggestions made us feel very special. We instantly knew we had come to the right person and the right place.

Michele helped shape our day. Every step leading up to the big day, Michele gave me timely prompts and guidance on what I need to do by when. Our interactions include phone calls, emails and two coordination meetings leading up to the wedding day. Communication was warm, timely, clear and professional. She was always responsive to even my tiniest little queries. The 12-page detailed function sheet (by the minute) she prepared for us to go through at the coordination meetings saved me days and nights of work and took so much stress away - really appreciate that. She was patient with the last minute changes and updated the function sheet several times till it's final and ready for the big day.

During final coordination, Michele invited her catering manager Kasia and toastmaster Roy to meet us, who were both lovely, and they reassured us that "we don't need to worry about a thing!" Kasia was so sweet and capable and took care of us all day long, including making sure food and refreshments were perfect and she even helped us arrange the gifts for our guests. Roy Austin, our toastmaster, ran our day with so much style, liaising with the suppliers and key guests and gave me prompts throughout the day so that we stick to the timetable. He has experience hosting many high profile events around the world so no wonder! All the staff were great - attentive and professional, always have a smile on their face on the day.

Our memories are of a perfect wedding day. Everything went according to plan by the minute.

grounds certainly allows for some fantastic photograph opportunities throughout the day!

What doesn't go unnoticed is the professional yet personal service provided from ALL of the staff at Stoke Park. From initial consultations, menu tastings, logistics and planning, right through to the management of the day itself, everything that could be delivered was done so beyond our expectations.

We would like to give special recognition to our Wedding Coordinator Michele and her team who dealt with all of our questions and queries and gave expert advice when we needed it most in the months, weeks and days leading up to the big day.

With Stoke Park you get the quality of romantic setting, dining excellence and professionalism you would expect from such a recognised venue with a reassuringly personal touch which is so valuable during the build up.

evident we were in very experienced hands and even unexpected changes to plan were easily accommodated.
The recommended suppliers were all superb – flowers, photographer, musicians, DJ, cake maker – all delivered to the highest level. The support staff were really professional and only sought any decisions from us if strictly necessary – we
really were left to enjoy everything.

The food was fantastic – there were many comments to the effect that to create at that level of quality for one guest is impressive, but to do it for nearly 100 people was remarkable.

As is very well documented, the venue is stunning – for any major event and also as a hotel.

We had an amazing day which we will never forget. The amount of feedback we received from our guests (many international – and what an advert for the UK it was!) evidently confirmed they did too.

unusually, in relation to the other high end venues we had visited, they were prepared to tailor the costs accordingly. We cannot praise highly enough the all round standard of service provided by Stoke Park, particularly their wedding advisor, Michelle Connelly, who unflappably accommodated all of our specific requests. Michelle’s attention to detail, with frequent meetings at the Club, and management of our special day exceeded our expectations. We would unhesitatingly recommend Stoke Park both in respect of the professionalism of its staff and as the ultimate county wedding venue.

surprise for my husband - friends from Australia! A golf buggy was also provided so that we could have some photographs taken on the famous bridge over the lake. The Ballroom with its wonderful views was transformed after the wedding ceremony by the Stoke Park Team to then host our Wedding Breakfast. The food was outstanding, with flavour, texture and presentation for each course first class. The whole day flowed seamlessly and meant that we were able to enjoy our special day without any worries. Close family and friends stayed overnight in the Mansion too which is such a special place to stay. Many guests also joined us the next day for Morning Coffee & wedding cake which was the perfect ending to our perfect day. Nothing was too much trouble for the Stoke Park Team. All of our guests on the day have continued to compliment us on the whole experience ever since. We also returned for our First Wedding Anniversary and had our Wedding Breakfast recreated for us! It was a special evening and brought back memories of a very happy day.

rain didn't spoil any part of our day. The Mansion house is so beautiful that our guests, even the younger ones, enjoyed the splendour. And our bedroom suite overnight finished the most amazing and romantic day in complete style.
The food was spectacular, amongst the best food we have ever eaten, with all of guests receiving the same exceptionally presented and tasting food.
Throughout the preparation, the wedding co-ordinator was so helpful that we found ourselves wondering why people get so stressed organising a wedding! On the day, the Stoke Park team took every care to ensure we had a wonderful day and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so professional but managed to still have that personal touch that made us feel very relaxed.
Ultimately, we had the wedding we had hoped for AND MORE. The building is beautifully stunning, the staff are professional but always have a smile, the food was AMAZING and our memories are of a perfect wedding day.
For anyone considering Stoke Park for a wedding or any event, rest assured, you will not be disappointed. Everything was faultless.

The staff were effortlessly helpful, which comes with a 5* venue and, on the day itself, very accommodating to last minute requests and great at subtly checking we were happy with everything on the day pace-wise. We were treated to a great outdoor event (a surprise!) by our family during the evening and the logistics of this were quietly organised brilliantly by the venue staff.

We've just booked a night at Stoke Park for out first wedding anniversary and can't wait to go back!

fine detail and the quality of the food, drink & service on the day are of paramount importance. All of the many detailed arrangements were carried out to perfection and we were able to completely relax and enjoy the whole occasion.

During the planning process we felt we had put a large number of demands on the Stoke Park staff but they always responded positively and very patiently; at no point did we ever feel that anything was too much trouble. Their help and advice was invaluable. We have amazing memories of the wedding day itself but also very happy memories of how enjoyable the 15 months planning were with the Stoke Park staff. We looked at a large number of potential wedding venues but we know for sure that we chose the right one.

and nothing was too much trouble. We used several of the hotel's suggested providers and they all proved to be excellent recommendations. We had a simply lovely day and enjoyed it all the more ourselves, knowing thet all the organisation on the day was being done for us. delicious. The staff was professional, attentive, very polite and friendly. They really made us and our guests feel special. The scenery is amazing. We were very lucky with the weather and we had our ceremony on the Fountain Terrace. It was unforgettable.

Stoke Park provides luxurious accommodation and top-class service for the couple and the guests who are staying in the hotel. Lots of our guests were saying that it was the best wedding they had been to.

Special thanks goes to Michele Connelly who was helping us with organising the event. She was always there to discuss all minor details and the day would not have been the same without her.

It’s hard to describe in words how wonderful the wedding was. In short, it was an absolute FAIRY TALE.

through the running of the day several times beforehand and was able to answer every question, no matter how specific. The staff are obviously very experienced and the service before and during the wedding breakfast was exceptional, as was the food. All of our guests were very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the day. We were also able to enjoy the day because we did not need to worry about anything going wrong; Stoke Park had everything under control. We very much look forward to returning to mark our wedding anniversaries in the future.

competent, courteous and dedicated which gave us a lot of comfort that SP could deliver on the day
- Exclusive use of multiple rooms with outdoor space. Ambiance of the venue was also suitable to our intended theme of a 'British summer wedding'
- Flexible timeline and approach to design of the day, taking all our wishes and feedback on board
- Easy to get to from London
- As an added plus we had the 'movie factor' of the venue

Perhaps the only drawback was that we needed to hire in quite a bit more decorations and furniture than what we had originally expected. However, this of course is the trade off for having the extra space and multiple rooms. All our guests loved the venue and we are happy to have made such a precious memory there.

wedding, leaving us in the lurch. Having spent the next 2 weeks frantically trying to book a new venue, we called Stoke Park initially to use their hotel facilities only. During this conversation, it became apparent they had a cancellation for the day of our wedding and were able to host our whole day. We cautiously met with Michele as we had met with several other venues in the past 2 weeks to try find a venue to suit our unique requirements - everything was arranged and we were trying to find a venue to fit these existing arrangements. What a breath of fresh air! Michele could not have made our lives turn from absolute turmoil to being at complete ease with a venue in one meeting. Her kindness, professionalism and sheer willingness to help in any way, turned a terrible situation into what was now becoming one of the most exciting times of our lives. Every obstacle we threw at her, she had a solution for and nothing was too much trouble. We had many meetings with Michele sitting on the comfy sofas in front of the roaring fire - these were some of our favourite times! She had this knack of making Stoke Park feel like it was home from home and those meetings felt more like talking with a friend to discuss our wedding plans than meeting a wedding planner to arrange our special day. Finally the day arrived and I'm sure everyone who writes a review, says their wedding day was the best day of their lives. Well, let me tell you we had 140 guests who will all tell you that this was the single best wedding any of them had ever attended: from the quality of the food, the excellent staff, beautiful venue and the way that every detail was catered for. Yes, our exacting standards were met!

amount of money for our intimate day, but never once felt we were "the poor relations". We planned the weekend in less than 8 weeks. Michelle ensured our money was used in the best places, the canapes, drinks etc were gorgeous. We joined their James Bond party in the evening which was another brilliant event. but once we visited Stoke Park we grinned from ear to ear as we knew we had struck gold. We had looked at half a dozen other venues and we were reverting to the garden marquee but one visit changed our minds.
Michele was our "co-ordinator", maybe that description sounds a little contrived but I can assure you we were never made to feel formulaic and she treated us like friends and we were at ease right from the start. The venue catered to our requests and ever changing room requirements with great organisation.
The photo opportunities in the grounds are brilliant, the food was out of the top drawer and on the day everyone made us and our guests feel special.

We have since been back for our 1 year anniversary and will no doubt be going back every year.

Thank you to all at Stoke Park, especially Michele for a very memorable occasion for us and our guests. I can not recommend Stoke Park highly enough- you will not be disappointed!
