When we did get our big day on the 28th of April 2022, two years later than planned and 4 years after booking our wedding it could not have been more perfect for us. The team were very professional, enthusiastic and could not do enough for us from start to finish. Ayesha, Samantha and David to name but a few of the people who helped make our special day so dreamy. The food, the atmosphere and the weather was flawless. Myself and Steven would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone. The team work well together and you can see that in how they all work together on the day to make sure everything is seamless. I was worried about walking down the aisle on my own as my bridesmaids were going down first and I worried my dress would catch, Ayesha was able to quickly reassure me and offered a solution and she helped me. Ayesha could see how nervous I was and as soon as the ceremony was over she was right there with a drink for me and some canopies (gluten free just for me) I just felt the stress melt away and I was then able to enjoy the moment. David was brilliant at keeping us up to date and came to talk to us about what was happening next and this meant me and Steven could relax and spend time with our guests without worrying about the next part of the day, we knew David had it all in hand. I have no regrets or anything I would change, it was the best day of our lives! We have been up to the venue since several times, for something to eat or just a wander, it will always be our happy place where we will continue to spend time for many years to come. Sam (wedding coordinator) was a god send!! She was calm, collected and just lovely! Sam took care of everything to ease our nerves on the day. Her & the team took all our decorations and set everything up too!
The venue took care of co-ordinating the suppliers on the day which was a huge weight off our shoulders.
We had an amazing toastmaster who co-ordinated and organised over 100 guests! He also kept us fully informed throughout the day of everything that was happening - including having us come and look at the wedding breakfast room before everyone entered. It was a really special touch & he is a credit to the team!
Finally - special mention to Yousef who was heavily involved in the Glen Lomond suite for the night-do. He was so smiley, polite, helpful and couldn’t do more for us and our guests.
We went back to our room on the wedding night and all of our luggage had been put into our room, our cake had been cut and plated up, our gifts and cards all nicely placed on the table. It was such a lovely surprise to come back to our room and know that everything had been taken care of and presented so nicely. The decorations had also been gathered and neatly left for us.
The staff really made our day so special and it wouldn’t have been as great if it wasn’t for them. Our guests have complimented the venue and the staff and everyone went away smiling!
Also special mention to the wedding breakfast. We have had so many rave reviews about the Steak pie! Having all guests on the tables served at once was a really professional, impressive touch.
Thank you so much for the best day of our lives! The venue is beautiful and the team are wonderful!

accommodating. They are so professional and on the ball so the day itself ran so smoothly. They did not increase the price through the years even though they had made some excellent improvements, which I think speaks volumes about the type of people who own and run the establishment. David the master of ceremonies on the day was absolutely amazing. The setting of the venue is perfect - those views are just stunning. The food is delicious also. I can not recommend Lodge on Loch Lomond enough. You will not be disappointed.

stunning and the hotel has such a special and welcoming feel to it. Unfortunately due to covid restrictions, we postponed our wedding for a year, but our wedding coordinators ensured that everything was taken care of. When our day finally arrived, it was absolutely magical. We had an outdoor ceremony which was what we had always dreamed. The food was delicious - even our fussiest guests raved about it and the whole day ran smoothly. We had the best time and we cannot recommend The Lodge on Loch Lomond more highly.

suite which was stunning. Samantha our coordinator for the day checked on us all first thing in the morning, right up until it was time to walk up the aisle. The staff at the venue couldn't have done anymore to help and went out of there way to help anyone. Our master of ceremonies was brilliant, kept everyone where they had to be and the day ran amazing. We had so many compliments from our guests on how smoothly the day ran and also the food served for our wedding breakfast. Overall it was the best day and everything we could have asked for. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their wedding here.

can’t believe how perfect everything was! They even put up with my bridesmaid-zilla who required a few extras on the day. She has noted that the team have a special gift of removing stress from the Wedding party by helping and carrying out tasks themselves. They actually offered help when we didn’t even know we needed it.

The food was unbelievable. Perfectly cooked, beautifully garnished and so delicious! The food made to cater for dietary requirement etc was equally amazing. Our guests were very complimentary regarding appearance, taste, portion size and service of the meal.

Our master of ceremonies David was fabulous, he became a member of the family for the day and made sure everything ran smoothly and stress free. Nothing was ever a problem, all guests felt staff were friendly and approachable. Staff genuinely wanted our day to be as magical as we did. The effort and care they place in their responsibilities is what makes them so special. Staff are professional and efficient, they have everything organised and perfected.

The rooms were stunning. Staff transferred our bags over from rooms used the night before and again, everything ran so smoothly. It meant guests could enjoy their day and not worry about going to collect their bags.

The location speaks for itself, you can see from the all the photos.

Our day flowed perfectly from start to finish. My only wish is that we could do it again. It was the happiest day of my life, and thanks to the staff one of the most stressful and anxious days became the most relaxing & magical day ever!

questions. On the day the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much of an issue. Everything really is a 10/10 from the scenery to the food. All our guests commented on how stunning the venue was and how amazing the food was. Easily the best food we’ve ever had at a wedding!
We really did have our dream day and that was thanks to the amazing staff and stunning venue.

- the wedding team are very tight and incredible at what they do, down to the last detail. We asked many questions and received clear and concise answers to help us make decisions for our big day. I was a little skeptical about having our wedding at a hotel, worried that we'd see strangers wandering around - but this didn't happen at all, it didn't feel like a hotel, it felt like ours and ours only. If there was another wedding on at the other end of the hotel, ourselves and the guests couldn't tell. We're so glad we booked The Lodge on Loch Lomond as our venue as we get to come back, visit and reminisce our day for years to come. On the day itself the toast master and coordinators were impeccable, they did regular check ins with the bride and groom and made you feel comfortable with some bubbles and doses of humour. We had a lot of decor as we were DIYing and had our cake delivered early which they kindly stored away for us and kept safe. The staff gave us the opportunity to relax and just enjoy the moments of the day unfolding, we've been told so many times how stressful a wedding day could be but with The Lodge on Loch Lomond team the only thing we felt was joy. We can't wait to go back and spend our first anniversary there.

this took a lot of pressure off. And also being able to have a pre wedding buffet the night before for some of our guests was absolutely great!
Everything about our day was perfect for us, despite the fact we didn’t get outside for our ceremony due to the weather, the main McMillan suite was a stunning backdrop for our day!
All of our guests continue to rave about how well the day ran (had a lot of ‘best wedding ever’s) and both immediate families were every grateful to have everything handled so they could fully enjoy the day! I also really appreciated the fact that anything left lying got put back into the Travis suite.
I think the meal ended a little behind schedule (half an hour) which pushed everything else back a bit and ate into our ceilidh time but I honestly wouldn’t have noticed if it wasn’t pointed out to me - was having too much fun!
Would definitely recommend Lodge on Loch Lomond for anyone planning their wedding.

Samantha was our wedding coordinator and she was fantastic. She made us feel welcomed and on our wedding morning, she came and explained everything in good detail. The setting is just beautiful and we got married outside. The day went so smoothly, thanks to Lewis who looked after us from the ceremony till the end of the night, he was very attentive and great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding at Lodge on Loch Lomond and I would recommend it to anyone.

wedding is well planned and organised - The team thought of everything we failed to remember, they were kind, patient, professional, and we could not fault the service we received. On the day, Samantha managed our day extremely well, nothing was forgotten. Just WOW! Your team blew us away.

The staff at the venue were fantastic during the meal and bar service, David who MC'd on the day was brilliant and we honestly got 5 star service from the full team and couldn't be more grateful. Our families loved staying overnight, and the staff at the restaurant looked after us all. The rooms were beautiful and everybody, including us in the wedding suite) were blown away.

The weather was absolutely gorgeous for our day and our families are still raving about the venue at Glen Luss Suite. Due to exclusive access to the outdoor area, there was something for everyone to do: Outside by the fire pit enjoying the view, or inside at the bar & buffet, or on the dance floor- everyone could gather, chat and relax through the day & night, and plenty of space for kids to run about. It was absolutely wonderful to see the fairy lights and ambience in the evening, the groom and I stood and watched people enjoying themselves and it was incredible.

The food was really fantastic quality and delicious. Our only small criticism was the starter selection felt very traditional (maybe introduce some more modern starters?) and the soup to start was acceptable but lacking slightly. The roast beef main was impeccably good and tender, and the desserts were spot on.

We had a PHENOMENAL experience at this venue, we couldn't be happier we booked here - a dream come true, after so long to wait! Thank you!

and the variety of options available on the hotels recommended suppliers list. We booked all our vendors from the recommended list and we were not disappointed. The wedding coordinators are second to none. The transition of moving our dates was completely stress free. Our final coordinator was Samantha Chapuis and she was an absolute superstar. Samantha has a brilliant sense of humour, she is so friendly and we got on so well from the off. I cannot express enough how wonderful all the staff are. Samantha catered for our every need and was on hand whenever we needed her. Her attention to detail was spot on and she reassured me that my mum would be looked after with great care. This was evident on the day and done with such natural and minimal effort. We really felt looked after and received a 5* service. Every need and every detail was catered for. The food was phenomenal and everyone commented on how delicious it was. The Chef did an excellent job catering for our guests and their dietary requirements. All the hotel staff provided a superb service from the front desk administrators to the room service staff. They were so friendly and engaging throughout our stay. We stayed for 4 nights and moved rooms without any fuss or hassle and we had our two young sons with us. Our master of ceremonies David Neeson was also fabulous. He had great banter and again catered for all our wants and needs. He integrated with our guests and made everyone feel comfortable and looked after. Especially our guest who took a dip in the Loch. It was such a wonderful and magical day. A few of our timings overran but David worked his magic and the transition was perfectly smooth. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is so romantic and beautiful. The hotel is so warm and welcoming and we truly had a magical day. Thank you so much from the new Mr and Mrs Lever. We can’t wait to return. ♥️ xx

we needed anything and kept us calm. When it came to the reception Sam passed everything over to David and again nothing was too much trouble.

All our guests have commented on the venue as it is breathtaking and the food was perfect.

We couldn’t have asked for more on our special day. We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary.

We were lucky to have fantastic weather on the day, which meant we could make use of the beautiful patio overlooking the loch and were able to dance outdoors surrounded by fairy lights in the evening.
The McMillan Suite looked fantastic, with the floor to ceiling windows showing off the view. All of our guests commented on how fantastic the food was and how everything was served efficiently.
I could not fault the day at all. We received numerous comments that it was the best wedding people had ever been to and everyone is desperate to return to The Lodge for a stay.
A truly spectacular weekend, I could not recommend the Lodge highly enough!

with other suppliers as if they were all one big team. Ayesha, Samantha S and Samantha C are the definition of a dream team. Dave was amazing to the point that my guests were chanting his name. Nothing was too much trouble. I had given the team so much to do, from bottles of fizz in all our guest rooms to gift bags to each room and lots of boxes full of wedding stuff to put out. I have been going to The lodge on loch Lomond since I was ten years old and have always wanted to get married there. They made it Painless to book and organise. I loved that they had a massive list of suppliers they worked with, from flowers and transport to entertainment and boat trips. I'm gutted it's over. I want to relive it and wouldn't have changed a thing. The drinks, location, food, drinks and staff were all perfect. Thank you, Lodge, on Loch Lomond, for such an amazing day.

wedding to confirm that it would be okay to do so as the weather was to stay dry until 5 pm that day.
We stayed the night before. Some of our guests even had afternoon tea and wandered around along the beach. The night before the wedding, the bridal party had drinks & room service delivered & we spent time on the balcony watching the view changing from day to night. My husband spent the evening before the wedding at the bar with his father in law & a few friends.
We had breakfast in our room with our little boy the morning of the wedding before going our ways to get ready.

The wedding coordinators came to see me during the preparations to tell me everything was set & ready. I didn't need to go & check anything because I trusted their expertise.
After the ceremony, we walked into the Glen Luss Suite and saw that the staff had done an amazing job. The place looked beautiful, and everything was where it should have been. It was just the best day, and the staff at the venue could not have been more attentive in making everything perfect.
The honeymoon suite was impressive. Although we never spent much time in the room as we were last to leave the bar. If I could have this day all over again, I wouldn't change a single thing.
Some of our guests stayed an extra night after the wedding.. it was that good.

June 2021, we found the lodge to be accommodating, fair and stress-free. The team was accommodating in keeping us in the loop every step of the way.

We had a beautiful day with the sun shining (for the most part) in June this year. It was perfect from start to finish. We still had restrictions, but we hardly noticed them on the day. We would both say it's the best day of our lives so far!

Every guest who attended, both younger and older, had a wonderful day. They have all complimented the venue and the wedding day itself.

The coordinators are excellent and communicate with you every step of the way, making your dreams become a reality!

It truly is set in the most magical and remarkable setting, with views that will take your breath away and give you photos to keep the memory of your day alive forever! We would do the whole thing again if we could.

If you want a venue that is beautiful and practical, with staff who are friendly and accommodating, if you want a day to remember for the rest of your lives, then look no further! You will not be disappointed with this amazing place!

kept me in touch on the day with any questions my husband wasn't sure, and they even just came to check in on us getting ready to make sure it was all going okay.
From the moment we booked the wedding, the girls were always very helpful and seemed to always be on hand to help with any question I had, and there was a lot of them!
I would highly recommend The Lodge on Loch Lomond for a wedding. They were amazing, from the booming to checking out. The setting of the hotel is absolutely stunning.

Our Wedding Breakfast was 10/10! This was served super fast, and was absolutely beautiful. I have never tasted a meal as good as this one at a wedding. All of our guests have commented to say how much they enjoyed the meal. I hope you can pass on our thanks to the chef as this was outstanding.

Could you please also pass on our thanks to the girl leading our wedding throughout the day. She was lovely, and had a very calming manner, which kept us right throughout. Nothing was a hassle. Also, to the young boy serving at the bar, unfortunately I cannot remember his name, he had dark curly hair, hopefully you will know who I mean. Anything the bar didn’t have, he tried his best to get or provide an alternative. He was really funny, friendly and in my opinion a credit to the hotel.

From booking our wedding with the hotel, everything ran smoothly (even changing the date due to the pandemic). Emails were responded to quickly and in great detail, and nothing seemed a hassle. Each member of staff always seemed happy to help, and were always super friendly.

Overall, we had an absolutely great day. We are so glad we chose The Lodge on Loch Lomond as our wedding venue. It is such a beautiful hotel, with a beautiful setting. We cannot thank you all enough for everything!

thats a fact. My husband is seriously hard to please...feel free to read his reviews! And he adored the place.

The accommodation - superb quality. I mean how many places do you go to and you get a queen sized bed. All guests said they were the comfiest beds they had ever slept in! Sauna and all Loch facing rooms! What more do you want?! The view...is like nothing else even in the monsoon months worth of rain lashing down on the day. The fixtures and fittings were superb. The quality of the teas and coffees and biscuits unreal. The towels are fluffy and pure white. Molton and brown shampoo, conditioner etc. This place is extra special.

Breakfast - quality local produce. I am a food teacher I can tell! The haggis to die for. And the service was excellent.

Restaurant - the night before we ate as a large group from the set menu. Good selection. Quality ingredients and the man who served us...amazing. Give him a raise.

You can tell the staff are well trained. Their manner with guests is so professional. The receptionist staff are also so easy to work with!

Price of wedding- so reasonable for what you get. Amazing value for money. You get everything for such a good price. And its so much cheaper than anywhere in England.

The wedding venue - the coordinators are exceptional. So enthusiastic about their work. Anything.... mad questions or crazy emails sent during lockdown they answered promptly. Always willing to help with anything...at any time. Totally organised which meets all my needs. Shout out to the amazing Samantha...again give that girl a raise. She...along with her team just "got" my vision of how to lay out the rooms with the wedding decor and table plans and all the random rabbit malarky I had brought along. It was like she was in my head. As soon as I saw the room set up and laid out it was exactly how I imagined. These girls truely do care about your day and LOVE what they do. It is refreshing to see such incredible professionals working in the hospitality industry because you get a bad rap..

This place does weddings day in day out. They know exactly what to do!

The wedding food - to die for. And I am really arsey about food aswell. The vegetarians were really happy with the food and they are a hard bunch to please. Scotch pies....my word I could have eaten them every day for the rest of my life. The sticky toffee pudding. Light and airy. Never had it melt in my mouth like that before. My guests were raving about the food all night. And that was super important to us. Especially me...I am a food and nutrition teacher after all.

Overall I was blown away with how smoothly our wedding went. My husband and I are difficult and hard to please and you smashed it. It was perfect. And I can not thank you enough.

There was a slight mix up with one of our guests rooms, but it was sorted within a day, again with no issue. When we went for our final meeting, we met our coordinator Samantha, who would be there on our wedding day. On the day she was an absolute credit to the hotel. She came to see me the night before to make sure I was okay and my bridesmaids and I had everything we needed. Then in the morning, again, she made sure we were all okay. Even though I was running five minutes or so late, we weren't rushed, and my photographer got the pictures we wanted before we went downstairs. The rest of our day ran like absolute clockwork thanks to Samantha and Rebecca. The rest of the staff were also incredible and even joined in for our last dance. They got involved with the party, which was so much fun! Every single one of my guests has commented on how incredible the food was. Each course was served swiftly and tasted absolutely amazing. I also had dinner in the restaurant the night before with my bridesmaids and two of my guests, and we all throughly enjoyed the meal, with fantastic service. Thank you for making our wedding day the amazing day that it was. We will 100% be recommending you for years to come, and will be back to have an overnight stay!

changes, due to covid outbreaks, but Samantha and the team couldn't have been more professional. They were able to get our amendments done quickly enough to the point that the stationary was changed last minute to suit the upgraded guests.
When Samantha left and we had Rebecca. It was seamless and communication was always there. The day was flawless, and any hiccups were never a stress. They got on with it, even when I was late for the ceremony, and Samantha was relaxed, even letting the flower girls skip away for a pee.
They worked well with our suppliers, all of our guests were raving at the banter with bar staff. I honestly feel like some of the team were guests, because they were all so nice and caring!
Even the day after, with another wedding in full swing, Samantha took two minutes to come say goodbye and ask if we had a good night. They were seamless.
Thank you so much for making our day better than we ever could have imagined. Can we come back and do it all over again?

Samantha was our coordinator, and from our first meeting to the day of our wedding, she was very professional as well as relaxed and friendly.

To David, wow! You are a natural on the microphone. You had our guests hyped and ready to celebrate, while still being very professional. It's clear that you really enjoy your role.

To Vicki, she has been on our journey from booking our wedding to postponing it due to Covid. We stay regularly at The Lodge, and Vicki always makes us feel very welcome at the bar. We were delighted to see her behind the bar in the Glen lomond Suite & Mcmillan Suite. She was a delight to have be a part of our day.

Sean, just like Vicki has been with us on our journey for a while. It's lovely to have the personlised welcome each tIme we arrive.

that day were absolutely amazing!! A special thank you to David, the toastmaster who has worked really hard all afternoon/evening with us creating such a beautiful atmosphere!! He is certainly a master in his job and a wonderful person.
From day one until the actual day, the Wedding Coordinator at The Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel has made the process so smooth and stress-free, especially given that all was organised only 5 months ahead. Honestly, any bride that is getting married at the Lodge on Loch Lomond would be so lucky to have the team there by her side and with the journey of getting everything set up. The whole set-up of the hotel with the view is just so romantic.

All of our guests stayed both the Friday and Saturday night. They all had a great time and spoke highly of the hotel, the staff and the food.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding day. We will definitely be returning for our anniversary next year.

venue is absolutely stunning inside and out and I can honestly say, made our wedding dreams come true.

We will be recommending this hotel to any couple that are ever considering going to Scotland to get married.

me calm and ensuring I had everything I needed, she kept popping in on the morning to check if I needed anything.
David the master of ceremonies was also amazing he kept me informed of the running of the day and also made sure we had everything we needed. If your thinking of getting married here do it...you wont be disappointed.
Every single member of staff I came into contact with whether it be reception, bar or waiting staff were all so helpful and friendly, you have an amazing team and we cant wait to return for an overnight stay.

amazing, and Steph who is new to the team has been with us the last few weeks and has been awesome! Keeping in regular contact with meetings and emails, they always ensured we were on track, helping us plan the perfect day. They were able to take into account our ideas and change things to suit us all. On the day we had Steph and David who were both just fantastic and had everything running like clockwork. The staff in the hotel have remembered us each time we visit and are always so friendly, and welcoming of our canine friends☺️ the views are stunning, the rooms are AMAZING and the service is just awesome. Thank you so much to the whole team of staff who make us want to come back, and for making our day so perfect & magical. Will never stop loving this place❤️

yourself, David and the rest of your team made the day perfect!

Everyone was so friendly, attentive and calming, nothing was too much trouble and everything went so smoothly. We really cannot thank you all enough!! The food was delicious too so please thank your wonderful chefs for us.

If we were to do it again, we wouldn't hesitate in choosing the Lodge on Loch Lomond to have our special day, it really was perfect!
