You really get a marvellous array of food and tastes when it comes to Asian style catering for your wedding event. It may be that your background or tradition will dictate the direction your menu takes, or that you are seeking something a little different for your celebration. Either way, there is great variety due to the different countries and regional menus to choose from. For example, a real favourite that features at Chinese weddings is the ten-course banquet showcasing delicacies such as suckling pig, whole fish and chicken. The food chosen in the Chinese tradition is very symbolic and significant to the celebration so do your research.
