Hence I held off purchasing the WeddingDates program. How wrong I was!

Personally I find that WeddingDates is a great way to get interest from couples searching for a Wedding Venue,
and I am pleased with the amount of enquiries we get throughout the year. It is also helpful to be able to add events such as open evenings and wedding fayres, so overall it is a brilliant site to use.
I think WeddingDates is a fantastic website to be a part of. I am particularly impressed with the Facebook app for people to check availability and send through enquiries.

I met Ciara at the Hotel Marketing Conference in April 2014 and haven’t looked back since.

I can happy recommend use of the Wedding Dates website, and also the Enquiry Tool
on your hotels own website. Since I’ve come on board here at the Glasshouse,
I’ve found their website a valuable, and frequent source of incoming enquiries which have averaged at least 2 per day over the past couple of months.
All enquiries are logged on their system, with an accurate revenue value derived from their anticipated numbers and your wedding package cost.
From there, the enquiry can be managed and set to confirmed, lost, etc - allowing you to track conversion of the enquiries and the associated revenues.
Their Enquiry Tool ensures that guests on the hotel site can submit a quick enquiry online to the hotel, which then also pulls into the same reporting process detailed above,
allowing a more comprehensive overview of the volume of enquiries and successful conversion.
You can also use it to set reminders and chases for each enquiry, so you never miss a follow-up with a prospective client. Can’t recommend it highly enough to be honest!

Wedding dates is an amazing system for tracking enquiries and adding reminders to keep the happy couples, happy! The reminders can be set to email you which is really handy. I have used wedding dates for many years for our 10 venues and have always found it very user friendly and Ciara is always on hand to assist with any queries. The system also offers new leads, which we are always happy to have! Highly recommend!
